FIT's qualified retirement plan financial and administrative services offer aims to
reduce the Fiduciary's liability through education and advisory services that help the
Fiduciary provide qualified plans that solely benefit Plan Participants. These services
include:
Analyzing and reviewing Plan documents and procedures regarding compliance
with relevant Department of Labor and State Prudent Investor Act provisions.
Conducting a competitive analysis of service providers to the plan, including
review of fees and conflicts of interest.
Assisting the client in the creation of an appropriate Investment Policy
Statement.
Working with the Client to establish appropriate investment objectives for the
Plan consistent with the Investment Policy Statement.
Making securities selection recommendations within the Plan in accordance with
set objectives.
Providing continuous and regular supervisory or management services on a non
-discretionary basis.
Providing materials necessary for monitoring results in an accurate and relevant
manner.
Executing semi-annual due diligence and educational reviews with plan trustees/
fiduciaries.
Facilitating periodic group investment education meetings with the plan
participants.
Offering optional additional group plan participant educational meetings.
